About us

We are a "from scratch" bakery based in the Waikato region supplying the local markets most weekends. All of our dough's are made from long cold fermented biga's, to  work out the minimal amount of commercial yeast used to rise our bread range, ending with a wholesome and delicious product. The breads You will find at our market stands are from that mornings bake, and If you get there early enough, you will find them still warm from the oven. Mike, our head baker, has spent the last 15 years developing many of his products, and they have been found at cafe's and restaurants throughout the Wellington and Waikato areas during this time.

Our bakery is located in Cambridge In the heart of the Waikato, were we start to bake our products in the early hours 6 days per week, and freight daily new Zealand wide.

We do not operate a retail shop at this present time, But offer a to your door delivery service provided by Posthaste couriers.
