We are a "from scratch" bakery based in Putaruru in the South Waikato.. All of our dough's are made from long cold fermented biga's and natural Sourdough starters, ,ending with a wholesome and delicious product. The breads you will find in our retail store, are all baked today , and If you get there early enough, you will find them still warm from the oven. Mike, our head baker, has spent the last 15 years developing many of his products, and continues to work on new Flour based, and gluten free products for our local community, and online customers.
Our bakery is located at 1 Main street Putaruru, where we start our day at 12am, to bake our products ready for sale at 8am.
Bakery hours are Tuesday to Friday 9am - 2.30pm , and Saturdays From 9am - 1pm.
